haha ... it will be a long while later before i could actually provide any update. so bro please don't keep a keen look out here as bro will be disappointed by no progress. in fact, i have no plan but a simple strategy: get the consensus and blessing from wife and bro-in-law then openly woo sil. sil is not too much a problem as she has already sensed it and still willing to spend a lot of private time just with me and willing to laugh at my lame and silly jokes. so the barriers would be her concerns over her sister and husband. wife has already quite open to the extent that as long as i could get bro-in-law to agree. so if i could just find out what bro-in-law think ... may be he has the fantasy to share sil too and just don't know how to get started? anyway, basic tactic: get as much time together with sil and bro-in-law; and, drink more with bro-in-law. hahah ... does this sound like a plan? haha

Have also hinted to my wife that it not so convenient for me/us if she (outsider) is around in our house. My wife said everything will be as normal; she is her sister not an outsider and she is coming over to stay because she like to play with our kids.
