Are the shops upstairs still opened? went that last week and the whole escalator area blocked up. dint go up as i tot everything upstairss being renovated. I guess have to go up by the lifts?

some are still opened but its very inconvenient to walk around now.

Alternatively, I suggest you take lift to level 4 and go down one by one floor using the emergency exit staircase. Waiting for the lift takes ages

There are many emergency staircases around. Open your eyes
