If u tink your uncle has been a victim of a syndicate..... u can contact them and give more details..... u may tink ur info may not be enough but dun under estimate its value. Thats how much it costs to marry someone in Singapore, get your PR and divorce him. When I was enquiring about immigration to Australia, the agent told me about this happening in Singapore. Its really prevalent now.
