Don't flatter yourself. She probably already know you are not from china. This is because you overpaid. From what you described, you went to a "hair salon" thing, which should not cost over 200rmb in downtown areas. If you go near or outside the outer ring, it goes down to 130-150rmb.

Please do not call those FL numbers. Most are fake scams. Either you get robbed, or the girl is super ugly or they overcharge you like crazy. Unless you have a regular person you go to, or you have a buyer-seller relationship already, calling is not an option in china.

Take a cab to this place near your hotel. go to Yan2 Ping2 Lu4 near the junction of Wu3 Ding4 Lu4. There is a place there called Shi4 Jia1 Bao3. It is quite good and safe. And although the lights turn off at 2 am, they are actually open 24 hours. Just walk in and say you want a massage (an mo).
