Rates are always poor at the airports. Change some before flying in or wait until you reach town to change.
Last week rates amongst the different moneychangers in Suva airport ranged between 20.95 - 22.85. None offered above 23 but I manage to get 23.25 at SuperRich Makkasan.

I normally will check their website www.superrichthailand.com to look at their rates. Normally, the headquarter ( next to the new mall, The Market) gives the better rates. Hope this help those who travel to Bkk frequently

In BKK is 22.40 with 1k notes exchange, explosions in Bangkok today, anyone coming over next few days expect some enhanced security.

thailand highly depends on tourism and exports for economy... i wonder the economic minister is sleeping... to allow baht to appreciate so much...

Or SGD is depreciating... any views... haha

Major countries are depreciating their currencies to support exports or reduce local currency debts (eg. CNY, EU, Korea)

USD and Yen is appreciating due to safe haven status.

Changed a bit at Changi for emergency use... shit rate at 20.+. Changed in SCB at Suvarnabhumi for 22.95.
