Hi bro. i have to agree with you. the new initiation process is a real drag. but what to do. the boss wants to protect VV and GP .. and frankly the bunch of us who frequent them. like it that way. the members that graduate from the initiation joints would be steady bros. many a times when i am resting after action, would chat with the bro's who are resting and exchange FR's.
