This is on a lot of people's bucket list. For me, ONS is no chance la. But look and motivate myself to be fitter is good already.

u haven't seen even more precarious ones. Actually pole dancing would be something even nicer to look at, you need really strong core muscles

I am old man. I was trying to learn yoga while watching youtube. Not the naked one la. Just trying to stretch my thigh and calf.

Some poise really too challenging for me. hahaha.

So pole dancing is definitely out of the picture.

Maybe I should ask my current 54 year old ons to wear yoga pants for me!
She is a very active tennis player and is very slim. But she is almost flat chested.
I have seen her many times in tennis attire after her overnight stay.
She usually woke up, get changed into her tennis gear and leave.
