Thanks for telling Bro CibLover. Finally got it. All very clear now.

Actually to meet on 8th was specially requested by Bro MMM88 cos he cannot make it to the Gathering orginally schedule for the 10th so we thought maybe those who are free on the 8th can meet up with him.

Now looks like almost all can make it on the 8th .... must be after hearing all the interesting happenings whenever there is a gathering no matter if its just a "yam cha" thingy.
