This I come to learn from the years I cheonging in PT. I used to be 80kg at 165cm. Yes, just like you, I was a pig! But I pick-up myself from there. Now I am around 70kg. A bit slim now, and I practice good grooming. I manage to french some but others who don't want, just let it be. You can't win them all, ok?

So you fat and ugly? Well, don't just walk away, do something about it!

Sorry about your bad experiences. However, I am old - not handsome. I also have Item 3) the "No Kissing List". Also many rejects in Geylang even though good FRs in Sammyboy (fake FRs by OKTs ?).

When we pick WLs; good looks/services are probably the most important. (Sammyboy is a good forum for info) However, the beautiful ones rarely give good services; especially in Geylang. Chances of getting dissappointed very high. WL wants $, however "acceptable" look (to them) is also required. This varies with how professional the WLs are.

Suggests you try H7R6 Joyce, H7(2)R2 Kathy, H10R11 Judy or H12R12 Janet, if have not. They are very professional.

My dietician has informed me that at 1.65m I should weigh at 62kg. Well, I'm working on it, but I have to be slowly and steady. I don't need to over work my still recovering heart, hehe.

Take care, do not over exert yourself - there is no real hurry. Do wait for full recovery first. Your BMI is 25.7 which is slightly on the high side. Normal range is 18.5 to 25. Just aim for 2 Kg loss is sufficient (@68Kg). No need to overkill.

thanks for ur advice and encouragement. 1 went for Kico, still no french. I then go MJ (1st tiime), she offer me french! its nothing to be proud since she does for everyone but at least i know that she is not doing for everyone EXCEPT me! Anyway think i try to stop going PT, time to lose weight!!
