Same here. Planned to take 1/2 day leave and SMS Dina. She have sore eyes. I ask for Ushaw contact then, she reply back saying that Ushaw has stopped doing FL. Haiz, not my day I guess. Want to be commando, but luck dont favor.

oh shit bro, sorry to hear that. one thing i hate is her attitude of informing things at the very last minute. it happened before when she was sick but didn't take the initiative to inform bros that made appointments wif her dat day. i'm worried other bros might juz 'tu lan' one day and blame me for this. should i stop sharing her contact?

Bro, u just have to ensure that she will take the time to reply to all smses and if she is unable to work for whatever reason, she should sms all those who have made appointments with her as a matter of courtesy.

If she is the type that does not want to take the initiative to do that, then probably in my frank opinion, you should stop sharing her contact.

bros, i really need your advice whether i should seriously consider to stop sharing her contact lest other bros waste their leave, 1/2 day leave, taxi fare, petrol, diesel etc with her laidback attitude?

thanks for the opinion bro. think i need to seriously take in ur suggestion. while i wld be more than happy to share FL contact, thing is, i m not her okt to "enforce" rules onto her. as mentioned in my 1st post, she is just a friend that i m helping out. but at the same time, she has to understand that i am putting my "reputation" at risk since i know that all i have are her words that she'll put customer service as top priority.

but i guess human being humans, words can juz go down the drain based on the past 2 incidents. i hv already reprimanded her once for the same mistake but for it to happen twice, i think the buck stops here. i hv been fair enuf to give her dat 2nd chance. in fact, she did not even bother to answer my numerous call since i saw bro sevenkey's post yesterday to at least give me n explanation

Bro, you have to make your own judgment call on this issue...

At the end of the day, you have to understand that even if you are only helping her as a friend and not as an OKT, people will still blame you for any service lapses that she has. This is especially so if she is only able to work during office hours which means people are only going to try her on their off days or when they take leave. And this means that people will be extremely pissed off if she cancels their appointments at the last minute.

thanks for sharing ur tots bro. after much deliberation, u r rite - pple wif lay the blame on me for her service lapse since i shared her contact. haiz ... so much for wanting to help a friend in need; guess this is where the term "bites the hand that feeds them" comes in.

ok bros, i will officially stop sharing her contact for now. those bros that have her number, pls understand that u will be engaging her at ur own risk since, i have to stress again, i m not her OKT to control her movements, timings, attitude etc. hopefully, if no bros engage her, some sense will knock into her head that she needs to buck up on her attitude coz she needs us more than we need her as she's just another FL in the whole ocean of FLs available here
