Some interesting but contrasting views. Good hygient practice will allow WLs to work longer in GL. However, good quality WLs means more customers, then more contacts hence higher risk.

So, bringing in better quality WLs (I assumed you refer beauty) won't reduce HIV cases. There's a missing stakeholder, us, the cheongsters. GL isn't the only playing ground, we have FL, overseas trips. These overseas WLs aren't mandated to go medical checkup. When we visit GL, we have a melting pot. So WLs alone is not enough. Mind us, GL WLs started clean as cleared by medical checkup. We infested them.
