Actually I thought is Labrador park. Last Friday night happened to cycle dto west coast park and happened to see that car bumping up and down vigorously, got 2 more cars also got couples at back seat, maybe also doing car exercises lol

My most thrilling adventure was a day time BJ & sitting FJ at the open air carpark near to the Fort Road end of ECP.

Sharing 2 of my all-time favorites:

1. East Coast Carpark F3 - nice sea view, not easy for anyone to surprise you as you can see any car coming from a long way away. This car park isn't really accessible by public transport and everyone who comes this way is probably in a motor vehicle (cyclists do not use this road as this service road leads only to ECP and nowhere else)

2. Car park just next to MCE Ventilation Building 1 (Search in Google Maps). I used to come here often during lockdown, to have a night picnic or just to cool off. Nice sea breeze and great view - city backdrop. Also a great place to watch National Day fireworks
