Yesterday went down was told to book ourselves and sometimes may have to wait 3 to 4 hrs before your turn. Is that true?

Been down 2413 several times to ask for test drive. Always said not around. Is she still working or not? If so, wht times does she actually operate? Thanks in advance

Means what. Any procedure to follow? Cannot call for booking in advance. Got to wait OkT book available for us to fill in the time slot for test drive aaordingly to the lady yesterday. If that the case. When isthe booking book available? Why is the booking so different from other houses.
