Generally "ang-moh friendly" also means a little more pricey, as it is the common belief that ang mohs have more cash to blow.

Generally speaking, unless you are capable in conversing in mandarin it might be better to steer cleer of popular local hangouts as it would be chicken-duck talk. Girls in OT mostly speak passable english, while you can find that at the other watering holes dotted around the hot spots it is the exception rather than the norm.

Thais - Golden Mile
Filipinos - Duxton/Tanjong pagar/Paramount

Of course, other bros will be able to list down more places but 'tis better you have a local guide to bring you about. A jug of beer will do wonders for incentive!

I am Ang Mo and I also avoid the Viets in Ipanema because they are like walking cash registers!
