If BN is not married, he is not eligible to buy flat from HDB directly.
If he get married, for 180k he can get a 5 room flat in jurong west already

For open market, for SG200k in CPF will only get him a 4 room flat in Yishun or maybe bukit panjang area.

For mature estate, minimum at least 300k

CPF 200++K enough liao lah

If his only intention is to move Overseas, no need to lock 1 room. Apply through Power Attorny to submit request.

wah mai give up singapore citizenship. very expensive ah u know our citizenship cost 1M. inorder to become citizenship u either go proper channel else invest 1M here lei.

my father's friend give his citizenship go downunder knn few yrs later cannot tahan want to come back and the only way to get it fast is to invest 1M in singapore then can get.
