not too worried about my car being driven off but i have a tendencies to leave stuff inside my boot, especially my notebook. if my notebook goes missing, then all hell will break loose liao!!! i really dont know if regular locksmiths would duplicate car keys or not... damn, my car to me not cheap leh, but not expensive enough to have gps tracking device.

for the ang mohs, i m used to dealing with them but my parents r reluctant and couldnt bear with my brothers. they would find it difficult to settle down there too as they have their careers here and are doing well. just got to put it aside first, no choice.

sg govt now replacing sg talent with foreign talent, everyone knows that. but what kind of talent? from what i see in the states, teh really good ones r being poached continuously and the others, let's just say good luck to the sg govt bcos what they get r nothing but con-jobs, damn good during interviews but once they get the job, ho say liao. sg wont get the best, cos the best wont take the trouble as they r already in demand. the mediocre ones, well, if that's what they want. they've got their priorities all wrong but would they listen? they have built such a submissive population that no one dares to speak up against them. speak up and face bankruptcy. speak up but have they developed listening functions? but this should be a discussion in another thread.

meanwhile, take care of yourself, ya? no point getting frustrated. take comfort that many feel the same but they just dont want to live out their lives as bankrupts.

old habit of mine to leave notebook in car. not worried when i park at my house cos got security alarm for my place but when i m driving in town. no matter how late i get home, i have the habit of bringing my notebook home to log on to check and reply mails which r sent by my colleagues overseas.

As for the so-called racist remarks, I'm not sure I've seen them around.

But what I do know is that when a person is hurt, his words are laced with sarcasm at timess, to protect himself.

That's what has been told to me recently, that I'm curt, terse and sarcastic.
(This person happened to have let me down one too many times.)

my words r laced, "peppered" for a more accurate description, with sacarsm regardless of whether i m hurt or not. i have taken that people either like me or detest me. glad my big boss likes that she can count on me to let fly whenever she needs a f**ker to do the dirty jobs for her. that's probably why i still have a job, i guess.

Well, 10 is a decade, 100 is a century thus 1000 is called a millennium.
