Qingyuan or Longmen? In terms of hot spring, which is better, less crowd, more comfortable.. going there to relax, so will not want to fight with locals over useage of hotspring or meals etc..

Don't know about Qingyuan. I remember i went to longmen hotspring during china winter school holiday 2 years ago. Crowded with china teenages, quite bad experience. This time i went 3 days before china national day, not much people except few uncle and auntie, i enjoy a lot.

ya.. I also hate to go those propular places when it's holiday in china..

I still remember that, there's once i went to BJ great wall (八达岭) during the China national day.. knn... I dun see any thing other than those 老屁股 in front of me while climbing the steps... if is MM's 翘屁股 at least i still dun mind loh.. totally lose mood... haiz... the 故宫 also damn pack like hell...

really cant go places of interest during their holidays...

actually i didnt know that huizhou also got a 小西湖... and some more the pagoda in the picture looks a bit like the real leifeng ta in hangzhou although i thought it looks small haha... nice place, but i still find the hangzhou 西湖 the best.

And why you did not gives us a FR about the FL hanging around the west lake。

Doing it at the brushes around westlake would even be more exciting than at the hot spring. heheheh

Uncle, you must be kidding. If i can afford the mansion in HZ, i don't have to work like a dog in Singapore...

I am just renting an old house near west lake, per month only rmb600 (very cheapo).

Now no more FL hanging around west lake liao. All kenna chase away by the gongan and those FL are old auntie. In the past, the west lake FL always have one old saying 五块五块，手脚要快...十块十块，纸巾自带. Which mean rmb5 to do handjob, rmb10 to do FJ but no tissue paper provided.

Yes, actually i also prefer hangzhou west lake more than HZ one. However, can't afford to stay hangzhou as the living standard quite high. So no choice, choose to stay HZ (no prawn, fish also ok).

Ya....the quality of the water , the ambient and the surrounding of the Hang Zhou west lake are miles n miles better than this Hui Zhou west lake esp this few years after the Zhe Jiang prov gov has pumped in billions of rmb to beautify the WEST LAKE.

I can say the Hang Zhou West Lake is a world class attraction now..... Very impressive.

Is it? huizhou cheaper? I personally find guangdong cities like zhuhai and dongguan not that cheap liao, all the same cost of living like the 2nd tier cities in china like hangzhou, suzhou, ningbo etc...

Looks like alot of Hangzhou / West Lake kakis here, it indeed is a world class attraction like sinoview says with all the willow tress at the park and side areas, i find the ambience and scenery comparable to the scenic places of interest in beijing...

that is why in ancient china they say, 上有天堂，下有苏杭... but er i have my doubts abt the 苏 as in suzhou, i was cheated by this saying haha
