Next day, I planned to go to Ivy’s again.

I arrived at her unit’s door about 90 mins later than the previous day.
No one was home. Gate was locked and latched.

I was crushed. I was so looking forward for another kiss.
Tuesday bombed.

Wednesday, I already planned not be involved in anything else except for making good time to Ivy’s place immediately after my homework and house chores were done.

Lunched, homework and chores done by 12:30pm. Good time I thought.
I told my mom I will over at my one of gang’s place watching HK drama and will be before dinner time.

I went up 2 floors and arrived at Ivy’s.
She was home as I can hear the radio playing in the unit.
She answered the door.

She was dressed in the most casual way, tank top with bra straps exposed and those short shorts again.
She smiled at me and asked why I am late by a day.

Before I can reply she held my hand and pull me in her unit.
I told her by the time I came the day before, she was not home.
So I am in early.

She said there was no need to rush because it was her rest day and she let out a big smile.

I noticed she just cleared her dining table, assumed it was lunch.
She asked me if I wanted the same flavour of Ice cream as before and I said ok.

She sat down with the ice cream scooped into the cups again and handed me with spoon in it.
I gladly took it and I asked why was she not eating it with me.

To that she replied she just had lunch and that was last amount of ice cream.
Not enough for two but she don’t mind.
I told her that we could share as I also just had lunch.

It was a genuine offer from me as I was taught to be polite and respectful to adults and elders.
Ivy was smiling and replied sharing the ice cream would be the best option.

And she went to take another spoon.

While happily scooping the ice cream I was looking forward to kissing.
