one thing i dun understand is that nightclubs and ktvs are 100% confirmed places to solicitate prostitution. Why the government and police never shut them down once and for all. Issue singer passes to prcs only encourage prostitution.

If you look at it, the world of product marketing has reached its peak in HFJ, plus the concept of green recycling.
Take one step back, huh hundreds and thousands of dollars on hanging a flower (real or banner), maybe a small "bang", that is it.
Compare to luxury goods.... ROI also cannot fight....
Plus, singers pay bosses, not the other way around.
I did a business case analysis once of setting up a club from scratch, taking for eg. GuoDu.
Did the sum, yes it can be quite profitable...
But I decided, no need to get into that level of society..why do you want to interact with gangsters, loansharks the back end operators...Why should your social circles expand to interact with them.
Plus, i have no desire to show face and the be the boss running the show.
There are much easier ways to earn money, than to run businesses that ultimately only prosper based on two things.
i. Stupid People ( Me is prime eg) who are not rich, cannot afford it and still go crazy.
ii. Bunch of hookers ( my defn, sleep for money, now let us not get into arguments that a normal girlfriend also sleeps for money)

This afternoon I got nothing to do so called one singer up to tcss and her first word is to ask me give her Ang Bao
She even told me that last night two old men hanged a total amount of $7000 for her as CNY Ang Bao and she asked me how much I intend to give her.

i think WL whether singer/ktv gals are with corrupted mind. Fastest way to earn fast money. if really pity them, i rather donate $ to homes or those orphan kids. Of course there are some real cases, but if we can't confirm their situation then please don't act foolishly. (guilty unless proven not)

Tough love is tough because well....it's just plain "tough" - on BOTH parties. It's about respecting the loved one enough to make a serious and difficult decisions with people we love and loving them enough to promote a healthier relationship.
