GP has partition massage area and GBW has room with attached bathroom... 4) Proper selection of girls to work in the joint rather than just anyhow get girls from agent. Look at GP, the NL girls are all handpicked by the boss, all damn chio and young, GBW the best selection of a good mix of package and massage girls, etc. Old hen (老母鸡), ugly witch and dinosaur should not be providing service in such a place.... 5) Last but the least, most important of all, the management of TY should follow what GBW and GP is practising, customers make payment of special service to the counter instead of to the girl direct so that they will not be greedy for the tips. Make it a fix price service like hj+roaming top=50 and so on so forth. The girls should be given proper training not only on how to massage but also service quality training to the girls how to serve customers properly and they should be disciplined strictly not to anyhow ask for tips and show black face to customers, stop short of massage time, etc.  Probably with all these suggestion above being materialise, the business of the joint are able to sustain permanently...  Just my 2 ringgit of advice....

Dear all Bro,
I got a suggestion, why not we all Samsters (SGD20K each need 10 persons) buy over TY and be the management to make it better? We can do what ever we want. Anyone interested ?
