I think its quite normal to do that. If you use your hand and just rub your dick, sliding up and down, you probably suffer from 3rd degree burns or just an ulcerated cock head. Next time try lubrication and avoid using your foreskin. If you dun know how, go to a health centre, some of them do it very well.
