I think one of my vein within my genital area has burst as there is a dark colour line on my scrotum. Now my lil bro cant fully erect as i believe that the blood supply is cut by as this vein is dead. Anyone encounter this be4?

Go see doctor. Come ask us for what? If early intervention can save your life or save the function of your penis, how? Don't die of internal bleeding for this kind of reason. Not worth it. GP fees how expensive can be it? Don't save this kind of money.
