entertainment expense works on reimbursement basis, usually very difficult to get if mr biz man covering role as CFO. entertainment expense must justify and explain 1 right?

Then, the ambigious terms, so mr biz man can say the SB employee is under performing:

Sometimes you can surprise me, sometimes we can agree and arrange together, as these are personal. usage: I don't feel you are suprising me enough, its not working out.

Good calculation, think still not a very good deal after all, still must 24/7 on standby right..
