Aren't we realistic?

In forums, it's all on venting anger and sharing gossips or stories and eventually "Up my points". Don't you feel that it's an exchange even in realistic society. Others give as goodwill rather than asking. Truth often hurts than lies.

Isaac Asimov said once in one of his many articles his theory that "good deeds" are equilavant to "Tickets to Heaven" = ergo , the belief in an afterlife is what makes people do good deeds... and there it gets dicey: E.G

1. Muslim kills many Christian crusaders becauses his people tell him "Kill Christian = Ticket to Heaven"
2. Reverse the same for the Christian hordes.

Who is getting into heaven then?

Put it in a much more simpler way: very very few people do "good" deeds completely without expecting any return....
