what is the catch of internet advertisement service?

as a newbie, it will be appreciated if you guys can help me on some questsions:

1. what is the difference between legal geylang and illegal internet advertisement services? --- since geylang is relatively "safe" ( screened for health check-ups), and cheap (around 100), and people here say girls there are pretty. what is the catch/advantage of internet advertisement service?

2. since internet advertisement service is illegal, my guess is it's supposed to be flexible, but why most of them don't provide outcall service?

1) Legal need to pay license. Internet dont need.
2) Legal need to sent for health screening. Internet dont need.
3) Legal need to declare the girls to the authorities. Internet dont need.
4) Legal attracts walk in. Internet attracts those who dont want to be seen walking in Geylang.
5) Legal can see the girls in person and choose. Internet can only see photos which is not 100% accurate
