An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:

Khai Boon Wan had spoken again bringing cheers and goodwill to the people if Singapore particularly the northern residents.

Be proud of this is because Khaw Boon Wan said there will be no architect design or artists impressions as what he really want is "break new grounds, make it different"

I could not find anywhere he mention about cost of medical care from this fantastic project, now that shudders me. Anyway it's gonna be done in 2022 another 8 years, wonder what this news got to do with sinkies' daily struggles.
