1)how do you avoid getting your penis erect? ( recently i started running around my area freeball, on the most its fine but sometimes i get an erection and well abit paiseh, how do you avoid it?)

I hadnt run with just the sports shorts alone. Too much movement to the balls is no good? I only thought of running with tights only.

read online. sports shorts lining is meant to wear as underwear it wicks sweat. and some running shorts have inbuilt tights. its the same as boxers support wise i guess use jock strap? coz its actually cooler down there. more free.

as for hernia running freeball has nothing to do with it. in ancient greece at the olympics marathon, among other events were done naked.

improper heavy weight lifting, hard coughing bouts, sharp blows to the abdomen, and incorrect posture are causes of the hernia
