why are pap mps holding so many titles?

i m also very curious to see names of bo liao mps or some pap lackeys holding on to many titles.

the one with the most records goes to that fatty kwang.

are these people really doing much works in those numberous they are hoarding to? and what about the renumerations? are they also getting multiple pays? if that's the case, my god!! they are easily millionaires!!

do they really perform the kind of multi-taskings duties according to the multi titles?

i just wonder.....

same again, we see minitoots holding multi vital positions. are these ppl really that talented or just a void fillers with obscene pays?:confused::confused::confused:
