Proof that 'smart city ' will NOT happen in Singapore : I cannot even do internet banking on my Standard Charted Bank (SCB) account (POSB isn't any better btw): cannot proceed with login because 'SMS network busy': "If you still do not receive your OTP after 20 seconds, please try again later. The SMS network may be experiencing heavy traffic" If the telcos/ the SMS system cannot be fixed to accept "heavy traffic", it is probable that cashless payment systems would either be...
