I going to Shanghai for 1st week August. Anyone can tells me where to staying good hotels and place nearby got funs and actions places one? Thanks you!

If you stay in Puxi, there should be fine as it is located where all the night life are with short distance. It depend on your budget.. it can be from RMb200 to Rmb 2400 a night. The Equitorial is strategic located at Rmb 600-800/day.

it all depends on your budget. Shanghai hotel is not cheap nowadays

As per fun place, as long as you stay in the city area in Puxi.. Taxi fare normally cost less than 30RMB.. Don 't worry about that unless you are going to Gubei or stay in Pudong

Heard that Sheraton is nice, cost about 700rmb? Is the hotel location good?

The Grand Sheraton Pacific is located in Zhenyi Road in Hongqiao area. The hotel is 5 star and I think the charges is Rmb 1400 to 2400 depending on the season. Location wise is good if you do business in Hongqiao but going to downtown in both Huahai and Nanjing West road is not a problem. There are few cheong place there such as Pinochio Golden Globe KTV, Yuping Hotel HC, KTV is Xianxia Rd, and Fantasy Garden is not too far from there.
