The moment u are asked to pay first via Alipay etc before meeting, scam alert.
Reason given: She is a student etc so need to make sure ur genuine in making the deal. Later will ask for ur mobile no which a private no will call u. Ask for ur photo ID and some details. (claim that scare ur from police) After that will give lotsa reason for u to keep paying via Alipay etc (security, Hotel deposit etc) Just do a search. There is already a few thread regarding Locanto Ad. Try at ur risk. Never give ur details / Photo ID. NEVER Pay first esp before meeting the person.
