Is it a must to see doctor if got open wound on foreskin?

assuming no sore, no pain, no itch?

I suspect I scratch it accidentally last time, gt a bit of redness on one side and like a cut

but I dun feel anything when I urine, almost go unnoticed, until I wash my foreskin recently, I dun feel anything unless I touch and hold the area

is it normal and will it usually go away on it own?

If it isn't infected it should just heal on its own.

However if an infection sets in and it becomes red, tender or swollen you should then see a doctor.

My doctor friends usually recommend this if you have a wound. Never used it on cock. Mostly recommended for hand, legs etc...

For wound, I would just

1. Ensure your hand is clean
2. Clean wound with saline solution.
3. Pat dry
4. Apply wound gel twice a day
5. Recover about 2-3 days.
