I can recommend a couple of places at Soi 19 (near Terminal 21).

1. https://www.massage-le.com/ (run by a Singaporean)
2. https://www.gowabi.com/en/provider/h...e-sukhumvit-19 (best to make reservation, fills up pretty quick).
3. Healthland (more expensive).

All are Family places.
