Points can be added but not deducted in this section
Members can now post to their heart's content here without having to worry about being zapped.
The option to zap is still there but it has been zero rated which means regardless of power, 0 points will be deducted. There is no change to the formula for adding points. If you power is x, then you can add x points. With this change the section now becomes the "freedom of speech" section. However, I still have the power to override the system so please do not spam, post garbage or off topic messages.
