Look at the 1st case, bro MonsterX paid about 4K for drinking the hard liquor; 2nd case, the bros paid 5K on red wine!!

For me, I have put the charge upfront, red wine RMB300 per pax, chivas RMB400 per pax. The price is free flow and included table/room charge, and the KJ fee. You do not pay any extra unless you order something more (like foods or cigarette).

If the above 2 group bros go with me, the bill should only RMB2150, and the 2nd case RMB1950. This case the saving is about 40-50%.


Just a simple question, if there is a way to help you to save the cost, why not?

Second, do you concern about the budget when drinking? What about if you are the light drinker and you have heavy drinkers in your group? Will you feel unfair because someone is drinking more and you have to share the cost? By charging you with fix rate and free flow, all these can be handled.

Third question, since the taiwanese can do this, hkee can do this, why sporeans n msian we cannot?
That is why I always said, sporeans and msian way of drinking is expensive in dongguan!

I have shared the cost upfront and transparent, if you can do it lower than me, I will be very happy to hear from you.

And if you are worried that the alcohol is a fake, you feel free to check every bottle before the opening.

I do not force you to join the group if you are not comfortable, different people is having diffeent preference, and different way of doing. For me, I feel that if there is a way to get things cheap, and others are doing that, why should I pay more?

first timer to CP, it was him that provided all information
and contacts without hesitation, and also so helpful and
double chk of my well being in CP, even he was not in CP.

If u think that u up against a ripp-off outfit, why dont u
go out and chk it out at CP and see weather the prices that
he quoted are expensive.

Take it from me, his price is very reasonable.

CA is Chang'an, which is another town in dongguan city. that is about 30mins away from CP.

Besides CA, Houjie is another town in dongguan that worth exploring.

And depending on your preference and purposes, you could also try ZhangMuTou and HengLi.

Bro. I think u are absolutely right. I have to come to bro 3dees defence. He does not pay me any commission for supporting him. I met him the once during my recent trip to CP. He was most helpful, informative, sincere and courteous. If brotravelcraze is so suspicious about people who tries to help fellow cheongster, then it will put like minded people off helping. If you are so stingy, don't bonk use your hand instead and stay at home.

Yo bro, actually girls r everywhere in china, being it shanghai, beijing, shenzhen or guangzhou. the reason why people going to dongguan (like CP, CA, HJ and etc) is because cheonging there is cheaper compare to other cities.

and in dongguan, each town do have their own specialties, you may read my previous postings for more details.

most of the sauna you can also get 18 sytles, but not superman (Kong Zhong Fei Ren). there was an incidents happened previously and many sauna has removed the superman style. at least, to my understanding, right now you cannot get it in cp. CA just resume the superman style not long ago.

not only houjie, most of the hotels in dongguan do have their own sauna and ktv, that is why you can just call the girl to go inside your hotel for the services. if you are staying at the hotel, some of them do allow you to call the sauna girl to your room, so that you save on the sauna room.

i have been giving lots of contacts without asking anything from the bros here. but seems like right now someone is not happy with this and fear that i am here for cheating. so i better not to further provide any info, just to ensure that the bros here are not being cheated!

If you still think that showing the bill is a fair share and transparent, bro, don't pretend that you are that innocent. You should know that you are cheonging in china, not sillypore.

We have discussed this topic before, there are so many ways to manipulate the bill. If you can't remember the previous postings, let me recall your memory:

1. first, show the "before discount" bill to the group, after collecting the money, pay the bill on the discounted rate.
For me, I am the vip for few ktvs, and I can get 15%-30% discounts on the room spending, if I don't mention to you, will you know?

2. some ktv is giving the vouchers as the rebate, will the one that paid the bill, share the vouchers with you? He can just collect the money from you and pay by using the vouchers.

3. some ktv can print the different version of the bill (or so called fake bill), of course, for the smart one, he will not add the heavy item in the bill, but, do you aware how many box of issues have been consumed? What are the type of the food plate that put on the table?


I know there are the bros who earn from the bill, that is why, if you read their posting, most of the time, the claim is something like "...people are high and drinks until drunk in the room...", why? Simple answer, because the more you drink, the bill is higher, and that is how they earned the money.

When the bill reached the target that the organizer intend to have, he will then ask half dozen of the beer or one bottle of red wine as the FREEBIE to the group, and saying something like "... in order to get the freebie, you need the good connection with the management...", for you to have the feel of appreciation.

All these are the crap! But if you still want to believe them, so be it.


In addition, there are still other ways to earn the money besides the drinking, like the room booking rebate, monthly spending target rebate, and the one that I HATE the most, collect the rebate from the MM!!!

Does the organizer share all these with you???


I make multiple times? You thought the ktv room is free huh? Every room will have their minimum charge, being whatever way you do, you will first have to fulfill that. Take jiayi for example, with a group of 5, the mininum room charge is about rmb888, plus DJ 200 that is about 1100.

In case on drinking the red wine, if I collect 1200 from 4 bros, how much left?

Then, how much red wine you can buy with 888? The most 4 (3 plus 1 free), with the group of 5, drinking 7 or 8 red wines is reasonable. Then, what about the extra drinks, how much I have to spend and buy?

Plus the "managmenet fee" that need to pay, did you count all these in? Didn't I pay my share??


The way I do is nothing fancy, just like what XGX and other taiwanese n hkee doing. Again, if hkee and taiwanese can do this, so this, why we can't?
And why should I do all these hassles without making? My intention is only one, if others can cheong in the smater way, we we can't?

Let me contribute from a Kiwi perspective, having been going to CP for the last 4 years. I would not call myself a regular but I've managed 2 to 3 trips each year over that time, with each trip lasting 10 to 14 days.

Organising a KTV party is a thankless task. If the bill appears on the high side, everyone thinks that the organiser is profiteering. If something goes wrong, like someone breaks some furniture or property, the organiser has to front up to management and sort out the problem. Then he has to find the "culprit". He does not personally know most of the brothers at the party and sometimes wonders if every one has paid his dues.

In my 4 years cheonging in CP, I have not made one single enemy. Although I might be upset with a few things now and then, they were all forgiven BUT not forgotten. We each learn from our experiences- both good and bad.

My philosophy is simple. If I choose to join a KTV group, be prepared to accept what everyone else pays at the end of the night. Sure, feel free to question (nicely) the bill if it seems high. Talk to other brothers and find out what they each pay to verify the sums. Pay your dues promptly and move on. Now, this is the most important bit, if you feel that you have been ripped-off, then don't join any more of the same organiser's party again! It is as simple as that!

I'm amazed how some brothers can feel so bitter if they feel that they have been "over-charged" by a couple of hundred RMBs. If that is the case I always look on the positive side, namely:
- I get to meet other like-minded brothers and make some new friends. This can lead to opportunites to join other parties. Speaking from personal experience, I have made some great friends from Singapore through such gatherings.
- I get to experience a KTV party which I would otherwise not be able to do if I am by myself.
- I learn new things through chatting with other brothers. This information gathering "exercise" is very important because it invariably contributes alot towards the enjoyment of your stay in CP. You will find out things like good eating places, where to buy your DVDs, where's the best sauna or massage place, etc.

I have personally benefitted enormously from ALL the KTV parties I've participated in and have made some good friends as well, in the process. Sure, some parties have cost more than others but then I always think only of the positives and I quickly learn who I want to associate with and those people I want to avoid. This is no different from your day to day life back in Singapore or Malaysia or wherever you call home.

Here is the story goes.

I have chatted with a girl via QQ for few months, who is living in one of the dongguan town. She is having the full time job as a property agent and the age is a bit old, 25 (if you go by dongguan standard).

(At least I know she is not the working ladies, because she does not go out during the night time)

According to her, she got no boyfriend but she will hangout in the disco occasionally. Sometimes, when there is a physical need, she will just hook with the guy that she feels ok, ONS!

KNS, I have chatted with her for few months and only realised this last week!

She only likes to drink hard liquor, not red wine nor beer. If I belanja her myself, that will be a bit costly, you know lah, your poor bro me cannot afford for such expensive drink, so I am looking for cost sharing...

And some more, going in the group can make the environment high more easily, rather than going 2 persons.

I have confirmed with her I will be arriving cp 19, and will be buying her the drink, she ok with that. And I wanted to make her drunk so that I can "eat" her easily! ^_*

The only issue is, I only saw her via the webcam, whethere she is my type or not, not sure... If she turns out to be CIM, I need to activate my backup plan so that I can chicken out, hehehehe...
