Just go to small claims tribunal to claim the $5,500 and not the shares in the company, because you are just a contractor, not a director.

you also never say if the $5500 is one month or for 2 years, if it is for 2 years the profit is $5500 its also quite pathetic. if it is for one month means you have some shitty documentation of $ that was split previously. but because of the shit you are saying online about him, he maybe give you $500 - $1000 just to settle the case so you can fuck off at small claims. There are always alot of unscrupulous people and bosses around, karma will bite them back. Happened to me as well now i waiting for my own bosses to return me 4k worth in claims. Only try to taichi here and there say going overseas very busy, make me waited 4 months.

Gotta wise up plan ahead, you still young man, after NS get a degree 5k is nothing. Better yet become an Airforce officer, prospect quite good. Finish service can come out fly aeroplane.
