Ivy Lee don't look that good without makeup. I have seen her in person at compass point.

Local female celebrities I have seen in person so far:
Ivy Lee, Pan Ling Ling, Pricilla Chan (Zeng Shimei), Fiona Xie, Magaret Lee (Lee Meiling), Zhong Qin, Denise Keller

Pan Ling Ling looks good even without make-up. Fair, tall, good figure and friendly (I smiled at her and she smiled back)
