First of all, thanks to all the bros who spend their time reading my encounter when i was in thailand.

Well, after a good december holiday, it's back to work again. Hardly have any time to log in here and give my latest updates.

Back to 24/12/05 after arriving back to singapore.


24/12/05, 2355hrs

I received a sms from may and the message read,

May:" I really enjoyed spending the holiday with you guys. Me now celebrating xmas with my family. Wishing you a merry xmas."

Of cse I was damn happy to receive her message. In fact I 've waited the whole nite waiting for her to sms me. So i sent her back an sms.

Me:"Same here. Glad to know you. Never thought that we can tour together. Wish that we can tour again in future. Anyway a merry xmas to u too. Hope to see you real soon maybe for a cuppa or meal...."

Damn, the sms traffic was really heavy at that moment, In fact I tried sending 5 times before it can be sent thru. And guess what time i received her next message? It was at 1.30am!

May:" Yah why not? Next time jio me go lor. Anyway I am free tmr for the whole day. Call me if u want to jalan jalan ok?"

Can't wait for the next day to come....hehehe.



25/12/05, 1100hrs.

The first thing when i woke up is to get my handphone and sms May.

Me:"Morning sleepy-head. What u doing now?"

May:"Nothing....just woke up...hehehe. What u wannna do today?"

Me:"Nothing, just wanna jio someone out lor. Wonder if she is interested?"

May:"Who is she? Did she say she is not interested meh?"

Me:"Then what about lunch together? English or chinese?"

May:"Chinese will be great! What do u have in mind?"

Me:"hmmm...what about dimsum? I have a place where they serve good and delicious dimsum."

May:"ok...what about 1pm? Where?"

Me:"1pm, outram mrt station."

May:"Ok see yah."


25/12/05, 1310hrs

Waited about 15 minutes for May at the station control at outram mrt. Finally saw her walking among the crowds. She was wearing a pink spagetti strap top and a pair of jeans. Simple yet eye-catching. However, i was kinda uneasy at that moment. The situation was kinda different now. The atmosphere was somehow weird. We just exchage a simple "hi" and silence follow us till we walked out of the station towards the dimsum restaurant. Finally i took out the courage to strike a conversation with her.

Me:"Paiseh hor. Do u feel something not right?"
May:"urrrr....yah lor. Feels different from the tour in thailand."

Me:"Maybe without my friend and ur friend lah to be our 'lamppost' lah"
May:"Hahaha....what lamppost huh?"

Me:"When we were in thailand, they are with us most of the time mah."
May:"Like that you call them 'lamppost?'

Me:"Then what? Call them 3rd party? Doesn't sound good leh."
May:"What 3rd party? Dun anyhow connect you and me hor."

At last, the rest of the journey we started to chat as usual even when we were dinning at the dimsum place.


25/12/05, 1445hrs.

After footing the bill, May suggested going to one of her friend's chalet at east coast. I decline at first giving the reason that i am a stranger to them. But she insist me of going. Saying that she got lots of chiobu friends over at the chalet. Was thinking in mine mind, "So what if there are really tonnes of chio bu. Having u is enough liao." Before heading to the chalet, we took a bus down to parkway parade to shop for tidbits at the supermarket. The bus journey was really an exhausting one. Bus 197 took about nearly an hour to reach! All thanks to the traffic at the bugis junction stretch!


25/12/05, 1700hrs.

Finally reach coastal sand resort. The place was really crowded with families, teenagers and chalet stayers. Of course lots of ah-lian and chio-bu. Reached her friend's chalet unit. Wah wah wah! I almost cannot tahan liao! Indeed as what May said there were alot of pretty babes! Wondering if those are really her classmates in uni. I think if u am her classmates, I will surely failed my exams!!!

Anyway was introduced to her friends one by one. I make a quick count and there were 7 girls and 3 guys. Out of the 7 girls, 5 Super Can Make It, 2 ok. Chatted with them for a while then we proceed to prepare the pit for bbq.


25/12/05, 1830hrs.

Red hot fire ready and the bbq begins. Standard bbq food. Chicken wings, otah, mutton and chicken satay, squids, etc.... I personally bbq a few stuff for May and the girls and at the same time constantly wary of overly doing the 'gentleman' act. Must let the other 3 guys to perform mah. Got the food and drink for may and 2 other gal friends and we sat a corner chatting. Nothing much, just talking about our thailand tour....


25/12/05, 2100hrs.

Time for a break for the bbq. And someone suggested playing blackjack. Me being the only fellow who works and have an income, I was 'nominated' to be the banker! Nabei! Thought my $$$ easy to cheat right! So the blackjack begins. The stake was too much. 50cents to maximum capped of $2. For the next 2 hrs of blackjack game, luck was kinda by my side. I won a total of about $60. Not to much but managed to cover my expenses with may for the whole day. Hehehe.


26/12/05, 0100hrs.

Left the chalet and got a cab heading towards May's place. Well she was staying at the east side and the family was kinda well to do. So much so man. Not going to reveal too much.

Boxing Day.

26/12/05, 1300hrs.

After packing my bag for a 3-day trip down to Msia Genting highland tonight, I gave May a call.

Me:"Aiyah... just woke up?"
May:" Yuppy! Sleep late last nite. All ur fault lah!" Stay at the chalet till so late."

Me:"Yah yah yah. If not for u, i wouldn't have stay so late."
May:"Why me huh?" I never say I want to stay so late mah."

Me:"If not for me, you would have lost even more money last night! I purposely play a few more games to make u recoup ur loses!"
May:" Is it???? Paiseh lah.....hehehe!"

Me:"Then how are u going to repay my help?"
May:"Buy u lunch lor. But cannot ex ex one k?"

Me:"Ok lah....so meow one!"
May:"hehehe.... so waht u wanna eat?"

Me:"Up to u lor. U treat mah."
May:"hmmmm... U feel like eating prawn noodles leh."

Me:"oK that's a good idea."
May:" I know a stall near kallang mrt sells good prawn noodle. Very famous one. Channel U Yummy king also went there before."

Me:" Ok, then shall see u at kallang mrt.
May:" Ok see ya!"


26/12/05, 1430hrs.

Due to the fact that day was a public holiday, the prawn noodle stall was quite packed even at this hour. Actually it was my first time here. Been a regular customer for this stall for years liao. Usually the most crowded time is from 1130 to 1330.

Anyway finally got ourselves a seat and proceed to order the noodle. Beside the noodle, I also order a side dish of 'Wu Xiang'. We stayed there for about an hour then we proceed down to Singapore Expo for the Metro warehouse sale.

Me:" Do u have anything in mind to buy from here?"
May:" Yah... but see see look look first. Thought of buying a pillow, some clothes lor. But don;t know whether it's good or not here."

Me:"Need my offer?" I can be ur fashion consultant..hehehe"
May:" Shall see ur taste."

We spend almost 2 hours in the Expo hall! My legs almost give way liao! That's the problem of guys! I think most guys hate shopping and the worst is to accompany girlfriends to shop. At last she managed to buy her pillow, 3 tops, 2 skirt and a pink colour bra! I realised that she loves pink alot. Maybe I shall buy PINK PATHER AND HELLO KITTY for her because these 2 things are in pink colour!

Walk to the Mrt station and send her home. My watch reads 1845hrs. So late liao! Must hurry home, take a quick bath and dinner before proceeding to JB to catch my coach.
