Went down last weekend, almost all the shops on level 4 were closed or empty, with the exception of one next to the lift.

I'm not sure of he market rate there cause I paid a total of $50 last month which is inclusive of massage + HJ.

If you are comparing with JSP 4th floor rates, textile will be higher. If you are comparing JSP 1st floor rates, then textile will be cheaper.
