Normally it's the AV together with the Immigration officers that conduct the raids due either public complaints or suspicion of vice activities. The IO accompanied the AV to check on the working status of the gals, i.e. proper work permits, health paper, messeur license, etc. They will also raid the premises if they received tips off on illegal immigrants working. They do target both Hc and TN.

Me regular of Casanova too. You will find Halu Halu very different. In terms of rooms, Casanova is very spacious with shower in room. Halu halu is comfortable with no attached bathrooms.

Girls at Casanova is good but Halu Halu has the theme thingy going for it. Ever wanted a massage by a SQ girl?

In terms of service, Halu Halu aims to please. Casanova starts to get personal if you have been there a while.

Both have something to offer. Trying to be objective here. The last time I was objective, someone docked my points and did not have the courtesy to let me know why. So would not be surprise if it happens again.
