i dont look at newbie being lowly .. in fact , there are some newbie with very good contribution and lobang.. these newbie have much more constructive contribution to the forum than some oldbirds..... it is the contribution that counts..

there is no need for u to do that if u dont want to
however if u wish to rate it.. switch to full version( on mobile platform) and you will see the option there. Quote:

surely u can.. however because you are still in moderation mode, your post will not appear immediately. You need to post more often inorder to get out of moderation.
