Thanks for your response. Are you the yingyang that will be traveling to Bangkok soon with Chanyboy? If you are, you'll be surprise of how much excitement and enjoyment we're going to have in Bangkok. During our last trip to Bangkok, I had severe knee pain due to torn meniscus, I couldn't travel that much but this time my knees are okay after surgery, so we're going to lots of places!

So, if you're the same yingyang, you better eat lots of beef!

As for nutrition, what's this with beef? Not if the puyings are into same, and hard to match their pace

Changed some at SuperRich in BKK at 23.15. if change 1k or more better rate at 23.25.

the rates are better and if u happen to be near pratunam, it maybe worth the effort/time to go there to change.

today exchange rate at GMC is 23.02 all the shops are more or less the same rate
