In Singapore, divorce is not fault based. Doesn't mean he had an affair means he will lose out more. He can easily cite other reasons as a trigger for him to find another woman outside.

If both parties want to move on and there is no crime committed, the judge will decide on which is the best way financially to divide the assets. If his kids are almost into adulthood, not much child maintenance issue too. If wife earns more than hubby (given that he is jobless now), he can seek alimony too.
