In a discussion there's bound to be digression. Besides we are not swaying entirely from the topic by talking about Jap girls (for example) vs SG girls, right? I'm just sharing how I feel in response to bro mackewell's posts and replies. I don't see what's wrong with that actually.

If you purely wanna read about the culture and life in LOS without having to read about personal opinions related to that, I believe there are many lengthy articles explaining this topic in detail online.

And for the record, I never had the intention to convince bro mackewell that he should go for local girls instead of Thai girls.

You mentioned before that of course, you would be giving up CPF, medical benefits, HDB etc once you leave SG and go over to TH.

I am facing this dilema at the moment since my other half (Thai working in MNC) is earning significantly comfortable ~SG3K per month.

She mentioned that she would not like to stay at home and do housework everyday (but she will do when she is back home from work & weekends and she will cook for me everyday) if she move to SG with me. Of course, she would like to visit Thailand once every 3 months. My long term goal is also to retire in Thailand with her.

May I ask you if you think the best solution for me is to wed her in Thailand and bring her to SG with LTVP+?

Appreciate your advise and other inputs with other bros too.
