I agree with you. The worst is when you wait one session or two, and when it is your turn, you found out someone else pre book and cut in front of you.

It often happens at some houses, and the OKT will say sorry that he forgot or maybe the customer made the booking directly with the girl.

But what's the point if people can cut the queue of those physically waiting by making pre booking

Must abolish pre booking advance, extending sessions while in room, and blocked book sessions more than 3 sessions shld not be allowed ... GL wls r for mass market consumption not a 小三 place to kc hugging kiss dovey place ... Wan to do that please baoed the wls back china dun waste the headcount and space in gl...

Agree! very sian to wait and then see the session in the room extend and extend and extend. Limit should be two sessions max and must tell OKT before starting the session. Cannot go inside and then keep extending when got customers waiting outside. If no customers waiting, then extend as many times as you want is ok. But not fair to the customers waiting outside. It's like you thought your turn coming and then the customer in the room extend and you wasted your time waiting.

This happened to me b4 & I'm very angry. Wasted my precious time waiting just cos a customer made booking via wechat & wl forgot to tell okt

Never happened to me before. I only experienced waited 1 hour thought my turn the fellow extend another hour, plus never call the okt, just simply didn't come out. First 10-20 min kept guessing is it just exceed time or extend? Super spoiled mood.
