Should be able to bargain -- tho it depends who you bargain with how tough they are negotiating. I'm not a strong bargainer, so I don't push hard. If I've already decided I want the girl, and they aren't budging, I just pay. But I have succeeded in the past getting the price down -- tho I'd never say 'you can definitely bargain them down to X' -- it's case by case. Sometimes you can, sometimes not. There's the number of drinks to pay the bar and also the fee to the girl (2 separate things) both of which you can attempt to bargain over.

Your strategy sounds best for getting lower prices. I've done that too in the past, tho not as much as I should. In those situations, the little head tends to do more than his share of the thinking.

I have seen reports of some guys getting overcharged on the drinks, for example, such as beers for 50,000 or more, or lady drinks at 100,000 -- that's just gouging. With the exception of Quan Nho, which seems to cater to Japanese (it's near the alley where all the Japanese bars are), none of them charge more than 30,000 for a beer and 50,000 for the lady drink. I just think they'd tend to do that more with the Japanese businessmen, so might try it to see if they can get away with it. You would have to let them know you already know the prices, not let them get away with it. About the gouging though, I have never had that attempted on me at any of these places. And if you think about it, 25,000-30,000 is about the cheapest beer you can get in a bar downtown. Sorry I don't know the prices for bottles etc.

Dude, the vid starts with them entering the lift on the GROUND floor. Le Duyen 4 has 5 levels. Ground - 4th floor. 4th floor is the locker room for the ladies. 3rd floor is where the sauna is located and also massage rooms. 2nd & 1st floor are all massage rooms. There is no basement. When they entered the lift, the girl may have said "em go down?", but she actually went out to check the assigned room. First was 105, then 103, finally ended up in 301.

The chances of Le Duyen 4 offering sexual services on-premises is very highly unlikely. Some of the girls will proposition you and it is always after they finish work. I and a few friends have all been propositioned before but it is ALWAYS to "do the deed" only after they finish work, never at the shop itself.
