By conservative Muslim stds, NO. Females not allowed to show their skin. Some of their players even wear head gear (scarf).
Volleyball and basketball also good to watch. And swimming, but only at the end of the race (finals) when they raise their arms in triumph.

Was in my singlet and fbts going for a run. While tying my hair at the traffic light, saw many guys turn their heads while driving or walking past me. Hehe you guys really love it.

Sea games women swimming events can see a lot. You would have thought that based on gdp alone, participants from lower gdp countries would have less than ideal armpits that participants from higher gdp countries. I remember 20 over years ago, one can still see unshaven armpits. But now, wow, all look perfect. Like hair has never grown there before. Slightly turned on by the thought of this.

Same principle as going to villages and seeing village girls having spotless armpits. For city dwellers, little bonus points. For villagers, huge bonus points!
