back to the ktv scene in past 3 weeks, just a few updates

1) VB supply is much better than jul to oct
2) However dun be fooled by their stories of which many have discussed especially first time to singapore. Their wechat moments can tell a lot of stories.
3) The rates they quote for LT and ST are influenced by the amount of customers and the period of time they have left in singapore...closer to when they are going home, they are more willing to do st or lt.
4) Never play kc game if you do not understand the pit falls and if you have no money.
5) Lastly no point to promise the sky when u cannot even deliver the basic needs

PS: have a command of their language and understanding of their thinking do helps a lot.

Is U -pub or MASK still got many Vitenam gal , been there recently most young n no tao bao. Any more middle spendin vietnam pub which gal can taobao . Thanks

Just for fun

in the recent trip to ktv, heard one gal target to achieve $15k in a month and tried to do some calculation on it. If it was for a ktv like emperor, k2 or crown, highly possible. Question was at a joint like w.

30 days in sg if she work every day
4 days coke cola
26 days x 1 st ($150) x 1 lt ($250) = $10,400
30 days x 3 customer HH ($90) x 5 customer SH ($150) = $7,200
Total income possible ($17,600)

Agent fee for address ($1,000)
Housing 30 days x $15 ($450)
Taxi to and fro work (based on shared) 30 days x $15 ($450)
Makan 30 days X $10 ($300)
Expenses ($2,200)

High chance is possible last year

This year with economy down and ktv business not that well especially for monday, tuesday and sunday. She may close up to $10k to $12k especially if makan, housing and transport got bf/customers to settle.

Gal in note is 21yrs from hanoi, speak very good english and can talk to 4-5 customer at a time quotating prices for st. If the msg is true, her lt rate is one of the highest i have ever seen in a joint like w Min $500...the bidding war can go up to $1k...lol. Sg really got a lot of men who are robert. $1k for one night can do vn do a lot of gals liao.

Another gal was quotating me $500 for 1 time overnight while one more at least slight more reasonable @$400 for lt. Gals are just jacking up prices due to demand more than supply especially for those who are more chio. That is why my new ops modus is to go sunday to tuesday where customers less and the bargining power swing to us. On friday to sat, they would just start a bidding war which benefit them not us.

Personally (my price guide)
ST - $100-$150
LT - $200-$300 (sometimes if you are damm handsome, tips and taxi home can be included into the whole amount).

Matter of supply vs demand. Ica also doing their best to push up market rate with their watchful eye at airports...
