Havent found any comfortable matt ones though. Does anyone wear reinforced toe & heel ones (similar to what SQ girls wear)? Local stores seem to have front reinforced ones.

i don't really shop in stores... most of the time they don't carry the shade / type I want.

Today's hose shopping experience report (HSER):
Early out today so l decided to do some pantyhose shopping alsoo to replace thebl torn pair I'm wearing. This should be the Guardian house brand support hose that had served me well for more than 20 wears. I needed a pair as wearing torn pantyhose felt like wearing torn pants.

First stop: Robinson City Hall; found the mini hosiery section on th 2nd floornnear the lingerie section, but couldn't find what I want. Left in less than 5mins after a quick browse.

Went to Centrepoint Metro but couldn't find the hosiery section so I decided to move on to OG. Took a quick look at the hosiery section which can easily be located from the entrance, couldn't find what I want and decided to leave. The middleaged saleslady spotted me leaving, was helpful and asked if I was looking for stockings. I answered, yes but can't find the brand I want. She replied that this is the only brand they carry and i may like to try other departmental stores. Thanked her and moved on.

Took me awhile to locate the hosiery section when I arrived at Taka; a previous mission here wasnt successful as I walked all the floors but yet couldn't locate it, especially after they revamped the layout. So it's wedged right in the corner of the lingerie section. It's a decent treasure as I could see quality brands including Falke, and some range which couldn't be found in other stores.

Took my time to shop while the PRC salesgirls chatted among themselves, completely oblivious to my presence.

Got what I needed, paid at cashier (the auntie was very polite and didn't give me a weird look) and went to Gents to replace torn hose.

End of HSER.

In a pair of Elegant Sheer Support hose now!

20 wearings? That's very decent. What's the new hose did you buy from Taka?

I remember a long time ago I bought a pair at Taka. Those days I didn't know any better, bought the wrong size, and it was kinda pricey there too!

Bought CheriLon Impression sheer to waists, run-resistants and a couple of Proped Elegant Sheer Support pantyhose. The CheriLons here are of higher grade compared to those "market series" with inferior yarns.

Tell us about those pricey hoses, loversph bro!

Quick hose report.

Now outside in my berms and hose. Wearing the gunze mirica sheer to waist. It's my go-to hose, fits just right and is matt. Feels smooth to the touch.

Gonna head for the movies shortly.

So far have only been on one meeting with a hosebro for beer and food. Otherwise it's all by myself.

The shade I pick is quite close to my skin tone, so it doesn't really stand out in any way.

Ah ok. Picking the right shade is important indeed; the Peach tone of Propeds I wore today seem a little off my skintone; gotta try another to find the best match. Nude was alright on the other Propeds I wore with berms less the gloss.
