No idea for the others since they are too expensive to invest long term but for overnight can invest in Classic. I met 2 classic gals 21 & 22 yrs old whom I like during my ST encounters in Jkt. Both stay alone and can meet me after work at their place or during off days (1 day a week).
A 50k tip to mami to bring you gals with own lodging goes a long way.
Before I came back to SG for the holidays, I arranged for 1 of them directly to stay with me from Sun after work to Tue morning (1 night each at her/my place) for 2 juta.
Anything more than 2 juta for overnight is crazy for me except maybe posh ktv gals that you wanna hang as a trophy after bets with friends hahaha. Long live Classic!!!
Despite bad reviews on Blok M, it is to me the most painless and economical way to get overnight but be prepared to scout alot and approach fast or they will be gone.
Go to Indo to Dabao Viet girl for 6-7 JT!!!! waaaaahhhhhhhh spend money like water. I hope she was like rare model quality as i never spend that much for Dabao before. For me, I would only spend that for celebrity, magazine model , or pornstar. BTW Alexis has better looking Viets, and King Cross have some which is cheaper for dabao.
If you want local girls, there are many more cost effective options for dabao. Can find from 1-1.5Juta, from various places.

No Pornstars in JKT (only in USA, JP etc..), but there was an Agent lurking around here that offered this. But depending on the gal and her popularity, i think that price is for ST, and LT may cost 10JT+++.

ahhhh.... okok. that seems to be the prevailing rates from my agent as well... ranging 5-8mil for ST... and then 10-12mil++ for LT. Shall wait for Nov to go Bali then arrange to import cargoes from Jkt to Bali.

Local cargoes .. won't get kacau by customs. normally the agent will bring them over also.. alot from sby. insurance don't have, only protection... you can wear double if you want

Yes... just booked a small villa to share among 2 or 3 friends, then 1 girl each. The last time we booked was 5mil/girl each day. If you like the girl you can continue, otherwise you can change. Not really that cheap but it's fun. wine and dine and pool party.

There are places you can find LT in Bali, for 1-2JT a night, but the quality is not good compare to JKT, plus most of the girls are from Java anyways, not Balinese.

Yeah i found out the hard way during my first trip to bali. Some of the girls use backpage to advertise. Anyway quality wasnt that good. Better to BYOC (bring your own cewek). Hehehe

Just try to stay as close to kota as possible. Nothing wrong with the hotels you've listed but just that they are a bit further away from bulk of the action downtown (with MO being the closest). If you only go for action at night or late night, then doesn't really matter where you stay as traffic is usually smooth after 10pm.
If hotel rates is no issue for you, try staying in Thamrin .. ie. Grand Hyatt, Kempinski, Keraton, MO, Pullman Jakarta etc. Great hotels with shopping malls below/nearby and if you're there for work, it's easy to setup meetings as well with lots of choices for food and drinks.
But if you're there just for action, I would suggest just find a hotel downtown such as novotel or grand mercure etc or maybe even one of the local hotel chains (favehotel, ibis, orchardz, NEO, etc etc) if you're comfortable. Lesser time required to travel even during peak hours.
